摘要
本文利用子宫颈全长病理切片,以宫颈分区观察方法研究88例慢性子宫颈炎宫颈病变的深度和范围,为临床诊治慢性子宫颈炎提出理论根据。
In order to discover the range and degree of pathologic changes in chronic cervicitis, 88 married women suffered from chronic cervicitis and 12 normal control cases were observed by full length cervical pathologic study.The method of the dividing of cervix into three areas was suggested by the authors, which could propose a all-round observation of the whole cervical section.The study demonstrated that the chronic cervicitis could be divided into two degrees, mild and severe, because no significant differences were found in the range and degree of pathologic changes between mild and mederate group.
