腹主动脉瘤手术的麻醉

ANESTHESIA IN OPERATION FOR ABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM

本文介绍腹主动脉瘤手术的麻醉方法,术中完全阻断腹主动脉血流时控制血压以减轻心脏负荷。开放主动脉血流时防治“开钳性休克”及“血流再通综合征”。

Balanced anesthesia with intraveneus and inhalation anesthetics for vascular grafting operation were performed in seven patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm. Light hypothermia with temperature 34～30℃ were used in all patients during clamping aorta. Sodium nitroprusside and nitroglycerine were dripped in five cases during hypertesion with clamping aorta. Blood transfusion and fluid was given rapidly just after deolamping and intravenous drop of dopamine was administrated in four cases of declamping shock. None of them had revascularization syndrome.
