摘要
应用各种抗淋巴细胞亚类的单克隆抗体及间接免疫过氧化酶标记技术,对一些具有不同程度的淋巴样细胞浸润的皮肤病进行淋巴细胞亚类的观察。结果表明,在所检查的各种皮肤病皮损中均有较多的OKT_(11)^+,Lcu_εa^+及OkIa^+细胞浸润,说明细胞免疫机制参与各皮肤病的临床表现。
Characterization of cell infiltrates in skin lesions of some skin diseases infiltrated with a variety of lymphoid cells i. e. one case of each following disease, Porokeratosis, Actinic Keratosis, Basal cell carcinoma, Basal squamous cell carcinoma, Polymorphous light eruption, Lichen nititus, pemphigus erythematosos, Tuberculosis cutis verrucosa, Sarcoidosis, Erytherodema from Pityriasis rubrapilaris, Dermatomyositis, Pigmented purpuric lichenoid dermatitis, Erytheroderma from psoriasis was perfomed with various monoclonal antibodies against T lymphocyte and its subsets. Frozen sections from the skin lesions were examined using an indirect immunoperoxidase technique. Resuls were shown that the majority of the infiltrating lymphoid cells of above mentioned skin diseases reacted with the monoclonal antibodies, OKT_(11)^+, Leu3 and anti-Ia implying activated T helper/inducer cells. This result suggestcd that cellular immunity was involved in the pathogenesis of those diseases.
