摘要
本实验研究了家兔主动脉内皮细胞非剥脱性机械性损伤及修复过程。形态学动态察观表明:损伤后内膜表面仍覆盖有内皮细胞。其中有些发生变性,逐渐恢复;有些则坏死,可能以脱屑方式脱落。内膜修复在损伤后48小时基本完成,72小时则完全完成。损伤区通透性增高。申膜平滑肌细胞轻度增生,未进入内膜。
A nondenuding, mechanical injury in the aortic endothelial cells of rabbit was studied. The kinetic observation of morphology represented that the intimal surface was still covered by endothelial cells after injury. Some of these endothelial cells degenerated and gradually restored, others were necrotic, and probably dropped off by way of desquamation. The repair of injured area was accomplished appvoximately in 48 hours, and completely in 72 hours after injury. The permeability in the injured area inereased. Smooth muscle cells in the media slightly proliferated without migrating into the intima.
