摘要
医学文献资源共享与合理分布一直是医学信息工作努力的方向,但单纯依靠传统方法不能实现这个目标。应认清只有采用先进技术才能真正实现资源共建共享。当前应努力宣传、普及、应用已具备的计算机、数据库和通讯条件实现二次文献共建共享。随着这些先进技术的飞快发展,一次文献将成为电子型,进入数据库,提供联机检索,从而实现一次文献共建共享的最终目标,这种前景已为期不远。
Medical literature sharing and its rational distribution are the inevitable trend of medical information work. However, only in traditional ways, will we not be able to achieve the goal. We should understand that resource-sharing and rational distribution of resources can be accomplished only by adopting advanced techniques. In order to realize the secondary Literature sharing, we must propagate, popularise and make use of computers, databases and communication equipments. With the rapid development of these advanced techniques, the primary literature will become machine-readable and be put into database for online searching. Thus the primary literature-sharing will come true.
