摘要
医学图书馆陈旧的管理体制和不合理的收费制度,使医学图书馆书刊经费严重短缺,究其根源是对市场经济、价值规律和图书馆市场经济发展缺乏足够的认识。当务之急是大力发展图书馆经济,制定适合医学图书馆经济管理的各项规章制度,促使医学图书馆经济管理健康发展。
The traditional pattern of financial allocation, the outmoded management system and the irrational charging regulations are still existing in the economic management of medical libraries, which result in the shortage of library funds for books and journals. The root cause is poor understanding of market economy, the law of value and the development of market economy in library. In order to promote the healthy economic development of medical libraries, the most urgent task is to renew ideas and to use the law of value with rules and regulations for economic management of medical libraries carefully worked out.
