经费不足已成为学校图书馆发展的最大障碍。作者对解决图书馆经费不足问题提议:国家和学校应增加对图书馆的支持强度;图书馆应争取多渠道资助;使有限的经费发挥最大的效益;设法减轻图书馆经费压力;进一步强化协作意识。
In recent years, the insufficiency of fund has greatly hindered the development of university libraries, Following suggestions are put forward for covering up the shortage of fund: financial support to library must be strengthened on the part of both government and university authorities; library itself should try all means to win over financial aids from various resources; to bring the limited library fund into full play to produce better results; to find a way out for the reduction of financial strain; coorperation must be strengthened.
