摘要
本文对8例皮肌炎患者和10例正常人横纹肌进行了扫描电镜X射线能谱分析,并用透射电镜能谱法进行了定位观察,发现皮肌炎病变肌组织内元素锌检出的相对百分率明显高于正常肌组织(P<0.01),且主要浓集于病变肌细胞的线粒体内。提示皮肌炎病变局部锌含量的相对增高,可能是由于机体的自我调节、血清锌被动转移所致。认为对皮肌炎患者的治疗,除必要的皮质类固醇激素或免疫抑制剂外,适量补锌将会有益于疾病的治疗。
Observations of striated musele were made in 8 cases with dermatomyositis by energy-dispersive X ray analysis systems in scanning and trans-mission electron microscope (SEM-EDS and TEM-EDS). The results showed that the relative percentage of zinc detected in the lesional muscle with dermatomyositis was significantly higher than that in the normal controls(P<0.01)and zinc mainly concentrated in the mitochondria of the lesional muscle fibres. These results indicated that the relative elevation of zinc content in the lesion might be caused by the self-regulation of the organism or passive transfer of seral zinc. We propose that administration of appropriate amount of zinc might benefit the recovery from dermatomyositis besides corticosteroid or immunosuppresant therapy. Because zinc is important for the biosynthesis of many enzymes, nucleic acids and proteins, and fascilitates the differentiation, growth and regeneration of cells, thus, acceleratcs repairment of the damaged tissue.
