摘要
本文用琥珀酸脱氢酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶结合染色法,研究小白鼠腓肠肌内侧头、外侧头肌纤维和运动终板的配布。内侧头和外侧头三种肌纤维总比例基本相同,肌纤维的配布由浅至深、由内向外都显示明显的特点。内侧头和外侧头红肌纤维占42.9%~44.4%,中间肌纤维占32.4%~32.6%,白肌纤维占23.4%~24.5%。内侧头和外侧头的运动终板主要分布在红肌维维上。
The distribution and composition of three type muscle fiber and motor end-plates of the gastrconemius medial head (GMH) and the gastrconemius lateral head (GLH) in rats were studied by histochemical method of Succinate Hydrogenase and Acetylcholinesterase. The general rate of three muscle fibers of GMH is similar to GLH. And they show remarkable characteristics from superficiality and medial to deep and leteral. The rate of the red muscle fibers of GMH and GLH is 42.9%~44.4%, the intermediate fibers 32.4%~32.6%, the white fibers 23.4%~24.5%. The motor end-plates of GMH and GLH are distributed mainly on the red muscle fibers.
