α受体阻滞剂对犬心脏电生理效应的研究

摘要 离体研究曾报道α肾上腺素受体对成年犬心脏有抑制作用,而对新生犬的心肌可能引起兴奋作用。为了确定α肾上腺受体阻滞剂对生体的电生理效应是否有年龄相关的差异,于新生犬和成年犬进行电生理研究。结果:伍用肾上腺素能和副交感神经阻滞剂后新生犬的心率明显下降,成年犬则无反应。心房有效不应期和功能不应期两组均延长。在新生犬组ARP的幅度明显增加。新生犬的VERP和VFRP明显延长。 Studies in vitro suggested that alpha (α) adrenoreceptors had an inhibitory effect on the adult heart but could be excitatory on the neonatal myocardium.Neonatal and adult dogs were studied. in order to determine whether agerelated differences existed in the electrophysiologic effects of α blockade on the bodyIn conclusion, it had a significant inhibitory effect on the neonatal conducting tissue and a minor effect on adult heart, which suggestod that adrenotors had an important excitatory function on the neonatal heart.
