上臂内外侧轴型皮瓣间血供的显微外科解剖学

THE MICROSURGICAL ANATCMY OF THE BLOOD SUPPLY BETWEEN THE MEDIAL AND LATERAL ARM FLATS

在手术显微镜下,上臂内外侧轴型皮瓣间供血可分为三层:真皮下血管网;浅筋膜深层血管网和深筋膜表面血管网。其中浅筋膜深层血管网吻合支丰富,血管口径粗,是调节皮瓣间血运的主要血管网,在皮瓣的扩大切取中具有很重要的作用。

Under microscpe, three vascular networks could fo seen clearly between the medial and lateral arm flaps, the subcutancous network, superfacial fascia network and deep fascia surface network. The superfacial fascia network was rich in anastomosing branches and had thicker blood vessels. This network is the main one in the adjustment of the blood supply between the two flaps and play a important role in the design of onlarged skin flap.
