肥胖症对肺功能的影响

THE EFFECTS OF OBESITY ON PULMONARY FUNCTION

通过对62名肥胖症病人肺功能的测定发现,肥胖症病人肺活量(VC)、一秒率(FEV_(1.0)%)、50%、25%。最大呼气流速容量(V_(50)、V_(25))比正常对照组明显低下,并与体重呈正相关。V_(50)、V_(25)与病程呈正相关。提示肥胖症病人有通气功能不足及小气道功能异常。

The pulmonary functions of 62 patients with obesity and 62 controls were measured. The results showed that VC, FEV_(1.0%), V_(25), V_(50) significantly decreased compared with the controls and strongly related to body weight. The V_(25) and V_(50) of the patients were correlated with the course of obesity. This suggested that obesity might present ventilation deficiency and abnormal function of small airway.
