摘要
利用放射免疫方法测定44例肺心病患者及30例健康人血浆心钠素(ANP)的含量,分别为663.75±75.63pg/ml,382.91±197.74pg/ml)。两组之间有显著差异(P<0.01)。而且血浆ANP的变化与肺心病心衰的严重程度有关,心衷越重,血浆ANP含量越高;随病情好转血浆ANP含量逐渐下降。因此,从血浆的ANP变化,可以判定肺心病的病情及预后。
The concentrations of plasma cardionatrin in 44 cases with chronic cor pulmonale and 30 healthy subject were determined by radioimmunoassay. It was found that the concentration of plasma cardionatrin was 382.91±197.74 pg/ml in the normal, and 663.75±75.63 pg/ml in chronic cor pulmonale. The results showed that the concentration of plasma cardionatrin in patients with chronic cor pulmonale was obviously higher than that in the healthy, the more severe the cases with heart failure, the higher the concentration of plasma cardionatrin (P<0.01). The measure of plasma cardionatrin is more valuable not only for observing the patient's state but also for the patient's prognosis.
