论“中医学”的定义

Disscussion on Definition of Traditinal Chinese Medicine

“医学”是“研究人类生命过程以及同疾病作斗争的一门科学”。作为“科学”下位的两个种概念，即“中医学”与“西医学”，至今没有见到确切的定义。中医研究的是整体层次上的机体反应状态；西医研究的是组成整体的各个局部的结构与功能。中医运用的阴阳五行学说实质上是朴素、自发的系统方法；西医则选择了还原性研究方法。中医理论是综合、演绎的机体反应状态变化规律的系统状态模型；西医理论是分析、归纳的人体结构与功能的物质与能量变化规律。所以“以系统方法研究整体层次上的机体反应状态所形成的医学科学体系，谓之中医学”。

AbstractMedicine is a sciencce for researching human’s life process and its struggle with diseases. As two subconcept of science, which is traditional chinese medicine and west-em medicine,there aren ′t exact definition up to now. what traditional chinese medicine researches in reaction status of body in entire level,and western mdicine re-searches stuctures and funct ions of various parts compo-sing the entirety.Yin-yang and five-element theories in tradit ional chinese medicine acturally are the simple and spontaneous system methds,while western medicine adopts reductive research methd. Traditional chinese medicine is a kind of system mode of the change law of bcoy′s reaction status by mean of synthetic and deductive metheds,while western medicine can be regarded as the matter and energy cnange law by means of analytic and in-ductive methods,Therefor, traditional chinese medicinecould be defined as a medical science systems which re-searches the body′s rection status by means of systemmethods.
