细胞融合与形成杂交细胞是细胞工程的一项基本操作。电致融合比病毒融合、化学融合具有更好可控性。电致融合仪主要由高频交流场、高压窄脉冲发生器以及控制逻辑单元组成。

The fusion of cells to form a hybrid cell is a basic procedure in cell engineering. Compared with chemical or virus fusions the parameters of electrically induced cell fusion is more controll able. The cell fusion instrument consists of high frequency generator, high amplitude pulse generator and sequence control logic unit.
