摘要
传统观念认为鸟类及哺乳类动物的内耳毛细胞受损后是不可以再生的,然而近年来人们的研究表明,鸟类及哺乳类动物内耳毛细胞受损后是可以再生的,此为耳聋防治的深入研究产生了巨大的影响。在科学研究中偶然现象常常反映了事物的某些性质,深入研究会导致重大发现和进步;科学发现的过程也是对事物本质的认识过程,实践是认识的基础,科学认识来源于科学实验,人对自然的认识是由不知到知,由片面到全面,由低级到高级的发展过程。本文就毛细胞再生研究中偶然现象导致科学发现及科学发现中认识的深化需要突破传统观念的束缚进行了讨论和分析。
AbstractThe traditional concept
believes that it is impossible for the hair cells in the inner ears
of birds and mammals to regenerate after their injury ,however , the
study of therecent years demonstrates that the injuried hair cells in
theinner ears of birds and mammals can regenerate ,whichgives great
influence on the further study of the preventionand treatment of
deafness.The contingency in scientificresearch often reflect some
property of things ,and thefurther study of it will lead to great
discovery andprogress. The process of scientific discovery is also
theprocess of the recognition of the essence of the thingsthemselves,
practice is the basis of recognition ,and thescientific recoginition
results from scientific experiment,the recognition of the nature by
mankind is the process ofdevelopment from unknown to known, from
one-sided toall-sided and from low-level to high-level.In this paper,
the contingency that results in scitific discovery in thestudy of the
regeneration of hair cells, and the deepeningof recognition in
scientific discovery which needs to breakthrough the trammels of the
traditional concept are dis-cussed and analysed.
