摘要
现代生物技术的发展,使内分泌的功能诊断日益精确化。放射免疫技术、单克隆抗体技术的应用,使激素测定的灵敏度和特异性进一步提高。生物医学的发展,借助分子生物学、免疫学等技术,使内分泌疾病的病因学研究由器官水平发展到分子水平。基因探针技术、基因扩增技术也为某些遗传性内分泌疾病的病因诊断提供了依据。基因工程、细胞工程的应用,使内分泌疾病治疗手段由单纯的药物替代或药物抑制,转向病因治疗。生物技术的进步对内分泌学发展起了推动作用。
AbstractRecent progress in
modern biological techniques madeit possible for us to evaluate
endocrine function more accu-racy. The application of
radioimmunoassay and monoclonalantibody techniques have enhanced the
sensitivity andspecificity of hormone measurements. The development
ofbiomedicine,coupled with molecular biologyand immunolo-gy
aspects,transfered the etiological research from organto molecular
levels. Gene probe and gene ampliflcationtechniques provided the
bases of etiological diagnosis forsome hereditary endocrine disease。
The use of genetic andcellular engineering knowledge changed the
therapeutic ap-proaches from he goal of simple hormone replacement
orantihyperfunction to etiological treatment.So the ad-vances of
modern biological techniques have played a pushrole in the
development of Endocrinology。
