评价医用高分子材料血液相容性方法——外周静脉留线法

In vivo test for the evaluation of hematocompatibility of medical polymers by retention suture in the peripheral vein

本文介绍一种评价医用高分子材料血液相容性的体内动态血栓形成的试验方法。此方怯是把待测材料涂在手术丝线上,将线注入动物(狗)的外周静脉,一段时间后(1～2小时),处死动物,取出线体,通过肉眼和扫描电镜来观察线上血栓形成的情况。

A test method of dynamic thrombus formation in vivo is introduced for the evaluation of hematocompatibility of medical polymers.A suture was coated with polymers to be tested was introduced into the peripheral veie of a dog.After an adequate time interval (1 to 2 hours),the animal was sacrifi ced.The suture was taken out.Observation of thrombus formation on the suture was carried out macros- copically and by scanning electron microscopy.
