Abstract Cryobiology is a science on the long lerim preserva-tion of organism with various technique,which base on theprinciple that low temperature can retard the biochemicalprogress of organism. It concerns a lot of fields, includingpreservation of human body in low temperature,hypother-mia,food refrigeration ,polar biology , medicine,animalhusbandry ,etc.As new technique ,preservation of humanbody is obviously different from the refrigeration of deadbody.Though limited by some subject and object condi-tions ,it is helpful to improve the quality of human life,prolong life span and promote changes of the way of hu-man life.Therefore, it is imortant to take the cotrect atti-tude towards preserving human body in low temperature.
