In this paper a storage oscilloscope that provides both the X-Y and lattice display modes with time-sharing operation is presented. It preserves the characteristic of the high resolution of X-Y scanning method and also possesses the capability of displaying character. The oscilloscope is able to display continually changing pattern and freeze it automatically.
