摘要
利用光弹性实验方法,对NT-PC作用于冠状面二维髌骨模型产生的应力分布及纵、侧向聚合力进行了分析。结果表明,回复压缩力以纵向为主(30~40Kg),侧向为辅(5~7.5Kg)。临床应用4000例,疗效显示:伤膝关节的伸屈功能达到健膝功能的时间是2.5~20周,平均7.14周,未发生术后感染、再骨折、骨不连、骨坏死和膝功障碍等并发症。NT-PC不但适用于各种类型的髌骨骨折,而且可有利于避免部分与全髌切除,是一种简便、有效的髌骨骨折治疗新方法。
The stress distribution and concentrated forcein the longitudinal and lateral directions produced by Nitinol Patellar Concentrator (NT-PC) in the Two-dunensional patella model were analyzedusing by using the method of photoelasticity.The results showed that the memory compression mainly comes frorri the longitudinal direction (30 ̄40Kg)and partially from the lateral direction (5 ̄7.5Kg).NT-PC was employed in 4, 000 cases.It turns out that the time needed for the affected knee to bendstretch like the opposite healthy knee is 2.5 ̄20 weeks,with a mean of 7.14 weeks. There were no complications of postoperative infection, refracture,necrosis,non-union or functional impediment in the injured knee jonts.It is noteworthy that NT-PC not only adaptable to various kinds of patellar fracture but also advantageous to avoiding'partial or total patellectomy'.It is a simple and effective new-method for treatment of patellar fracture.
