涤粘仿丝绸织物的染整加工

Dyeing and Finishing of Silk-like Polyester/Viscose Fabric

比较了不同密度和混纺比涤粘织物的仿丝绸整理效果;介绍了该类织物的前处理、印花、酸减量整理等生产工序的实践情况;针对减量生产效率偏低,提出了双层进、出布生产,使仿丝绸效果好,生产能力增加一倍。

In this paper ,the author explained the finished silk-like effect of polyester/viscose cloth with different densities and blending ratios, inducted the pretreatment, printing and acid deweighting technology. With the object of raising the deweighting efficiency and improving the silk-like effect,a device was proposed for cloth two-layer entering and discharging.
