摘要
调查了云南纳西族和普米族各104人的ABO、NMSs、Rh和P血型系统。结果表明,ABO血型系统中,纳西族和普米族有较高的基因频率r,分别为0.6082和0.6882,且基因频率p=q,纳西族均为0.1959,普米族均为0.159。MNSs系统中两个民族都表现m>n、s>S、Ms>Ns、Ms>Ns,其中纳西族的基因频率m(0.8509)在国内报道的相应值中是比较高的,且NS为零。Rh血型系统中,纳西族和普米族中最常见类型都是CcDE-,cDE频率较高,分别为0.3066和0.0299;基因频率d为零。p血型系统中,纳西族的基因频率P1(0.1508)和普米族的(0.1622)相近。遗传距离分析显示纳西族和普米族先与黑龙江汉族、满族、彝族、回族及蒙古族聚类,然后才与德昂、景颇、阿昌、傣、壮族及广东汉族聚在一起,表明纳西族和普米族是源于北方的民族。
A survey of distribution of red cell blood group systems,including ABO,MNSs,Rh and P,was carried out on the Naxi and Primi ethnic groups in Yunnan province.The results based on 104 cases in each of the two ethnic groups showed that both Naxi and Primi possessed a high gene frequency r of 0.6082 and 0.6882,respectively,with gene frequency p=q.The gene frequency,m of Naxi(0.8509)was;found to be very high among the populations studied in China until now,only next to that of Lizu(0.8709).The most common phenotype of Rh system was CcDEin both Naxi and Primi,with a quite high cDE frequency.No case of Rh negative was observed in the two ethnic groups.The P, in Naxi approximated to that in Primi.The red cell blood group systems and their genetic distances suggested that the Naxi and Primi was genetically close to ethnic groups of North China,but different from those of South China. This fact suggests that these two ethnics groups originated from the North China.
