Research and Design of an Intelligent Calibrator for Block Gauges

本文介绍了一种按新的量块检定标准研制的以8031单片机为核心的智能检定仪.它具有自动超差报警、自动定等定级、自动量程转换及精度高等特点,文中详细阐述了硬软件原理及其设计,并介绍了主要技术指标及数据处理方法.

An intelligent calibrator based on new standards for calibration of block gauges and with 8031 single chip computer as its kernel is presented in this paper. Its main specifications and data processing methods are also intro-duced. The calibrator is with such advantages as automatic alarming when block gauges excceding standards are found, automatic determination of grades and classes, and automatic change of span, with high accuracy, etc.
