三、柔软剂 在后处理助剂中,柔软剂是用量较大的一种。通常需要了解的性能有:热稳定性、耐酸碱性、耐硬度、对白度的影响、柔软效果以及与其他助剂的配伍性。 (一)热稳定性 柔软剂是一个乳化多相体系,受热容易被破坏。热稳定性是柔软剂的一个重要性能。 1.方法 取100mL工作液分别于室温,60℃,80℃下振荡10min,静置30min后,观察其稳定性。
Several practical methods are discribed for assesing the properties of some auxiliaries. The assistants mentioned here are detergents ,penetrating agents,softening agents,dispersants, levelling agents, and defoamers. The advantages of these methods are easy to operate and without using special instruments and agents. The results may be helpful to selecting different auxiliaries and process condition.
