人棉织物直接染料印花后,宜采用二浴法进行水洗退浆和固色。通过对固色剂Y和BF—7658淀粉酶的性能,作用分析表明,采用一浴法工艺进行术洗退浆和固色,既浪贽药品和能源,又影响布面质量,是不合理的。

After printing with direct dyes,the process of washing,desizing and fixation in two bath for rayon is considered more appropriate than in one bath through analysing the properties and functions of fixative Y and amylase BF-7658. The disadvantages of the single bath technique is not only wasting the chemicals and energy but also affecting the fabric quality.
