涤纶细旦丝织物染整加工及产品开发的探讨

摘要 本文对涤纶细旦丝织物染整加工中所遇到的一些技术问题进行了讨论。细旦丝织物的前处理包括退浆精练、各种方式的减量、超细复合丝的裂离及热定形等关键工序。染色过程中因细旦丝表面积大,吸色上染速率快而不易匀染;且存在因光学原因造成色浅问题等。为了提高细旦丝织物的仿真丝效果,可用阳离子型柔软剂或丝呜剂处理。文末介绍了细旦丝织物产品的开发情况。 This paper deals with the technical problems encountered in dyeing and finishing of micro-polyester fiber. The pretreatment process includes desizing,scouring,various deweighting technology,micro-composite-filoment separating and thermosetting. The difficulties in dyeing process are uneven dyeing owing to large fiber surface area and its fast dye-uptake rate,as well as trouble of light shading effect due to optics. To improve the silk-like effect,a fin-ishing is recommended with cationic softener or scrooping agent. At last , the author refers to the development of microdenier fabric.
