摘要
用三波长分光光度法测定克霉唑软膏的含量,克服了非水滴定法因基质消耗标准液使测定结果偏高的缺点。本法简便、快速、精确。
A three-wavelength spectrophotometric method for clotrimazole
determination in its unguent has been established to overcome the positive error
in nonaqueous titration due to the consumption of standard solution by the un-
guent base. This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
