摘要
通过热分布测定探讨了影响灭菌柜热分布的因素,认为灭菌柜的结构和主管道的蒸汽压力对热分布有很大影响。而热分布均匀是灭菌值一致的重要保证之一。为此,对灭菌柜的合理安装及操作提出了建议。
It was found that the structure of retort and the presure of
steam supplied greatly effected on heat distribution in retort. It was also
verified that ununiform heat distribution in retort was one of the main factors
assuring consistent sterilization. Finally, suggestions on reasonable structure of
retort and operation were made in order to make good practice.
