^(14)C-双酮嗪在小鼠体内的药物动力学研究

摘要 双酮嗪为抗肿瘤及治疗银屑病的药物。^(14)-双酮嗪在动物体内的代谢研究表明,其血药浓度符合一室模型,t_(1/2)(1)为1.0499min, t_(1/2)(2)为168.2492min, V_d为55.4914L,AUC为0.5117mg/ml/h,Tmax为7.6857min,C_(max)0.204mg/ml。24h大鼠肠回收率为24.1%,与大鼠血浆蛋白结合率为8.98±2.49%,48h内总排泄率为15.32%。 ICRF154 is a drug for treatment of psoriasis and tumors. The pharmacokinetic study indicated that it was corresponding to the one-compartment model.The pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows: t_(1/2) (1) 1.0499min, t_(1/2) (2)168.2492 min, V_b 55.4914 L, AUC 0.5117 mg/ml/h, T_(max) 7.6857min, C_(max)0.204 mg /ml. Recovery percentage was 24.1% in the intestine of rats in 24h after ad- ministration. The plasma protein combining rate was 8.98±2.49%.The excretion was 15.3% in 48h after administration.
