摘要
本文从一个实际问题——游标卡尺的质量检验出发引出了一类涉及多个检验员的含错检验问题。如何对产品的质量及检验员的水平加以定性的分析是工厂所关心的中心问题.本文对此类问题给出了一般的数学模型,并对模型中的参数给出一种估计方法,最后以一例说明了该方法的可行性.
A certain type of vernier caliper has 25 quality characterstics and will be classiiied as faulty if one or more of the characteristics are found faulty. Of these 25 qualty characteristics, 24 are inspected by sensory perceptions through eye-vision, hand-feeling, ect. though these quality characteristics are clearly stipulated with acceptable standards and each inspections has his own apprehension of the situation and may entertain a different opinion. For this problem, we shall first establish a multiple inspection model with errors, in which these are two types of errors: one typo is to judge the approved item as the non-approval and we write the probability as q; another type is to judge the non-ap roval as the approval and we write the probability as p. Every inspector has his own p and q. We shall estimate p and q by the principle of the least model and the inspector with the smaller p + q as the better inspector.This result has received the approval of works in Shanghai.
