摘要
本文应用计数过程研究了具有时变伴随变量的肿瘤潜隐期二阶段模型,类似于简单Cox回归模型,直接把转移强度过程取为乘法型半参数化的形式,利用偏似然方法、计数过程及其自助法对参数作估计和检验。作为实例,应用于江西省靖安县12年6轮宫颈癌筛查资料。
A counting process procedure and its bootstrap version were used to study a two-stage model with time-dependent covariates for latent period of cancer.The transition intensity process was directly semi-parameterized by multiplication ,and the maximum partial likelihood estimators,the confidence interval and hypothesis testing were performed by the two methods at the same time. As an example, the model was applied to analyse a set of 12 year and 6 run screening data of cervical cancer in Jingan county, Jiangxi Province, China.
