摘要
本文在指数分布场合下讨论了竞争失效产品的恒加试验的统计分析,研究了失效机理对产品在正常应力水平下平均寿命估计的影响,最后给出了一实际例子。
This paper presents statistical analysis of accerlated life stress for products with competing causes of failure which life distribution of each failure causes that is independent of the others is assumed to be exponential. And we discuss the competing causes of failure affect estimation of mean under standard stress level. Finally an example is given.
