摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制得了二氧化锡干凝胶粉体,并在不同温度下热处理后得到不同粒径的二氧化锡纳米级超微粉,采用热重法和差热分析、X-射线粉末衍射、透射电镜等方法观察了不同温度热处理后纳米粉体的粒径、形貌、聚集状态等的变化。
Nanosized stannic oxide powders were prepared by sol-gel method.The mi-crostructure change of the ultrafine particles after heat-treatment at 300~800℃ has been in-vestigated by XRD,TEM,TG-DTA,and FT-IR techniques. It is found that the intensity ofthe transverse optical mode of Sn-O streching vibration increased with the calcining tempcr-ature and the bonding vibration of O-Sn-O showed a blue shift.The changes are stronglyaffected by the size, shape, and the state of aggregation of the ultrafine particles.
