The blends of polyethersulfone(PES)with polycarbonate(PC)have been pre-pared by melt mixing in a brabender. Their mechanical property and transition behavior havebeen characterized by tensile test, DSC and TBA. The improvement of mechanical propertyof PES by blending has been discussed in terms of the compatibility.
