促红细胞生成素在小鼠体内的分布和代谢

摘要 促红细胞生成素用氯胺T法进行^(125)I标记,分别给小鼠ip高、中、低剂量(2μg、1μg、0.3μg/鼠)后,血和大多数器官放射性强度在1~2h内达到峰值4~12h降到一半,72h后仅少量残留。在主要器官中无明显积累,主要从尿中排出。 Erythropoietin was labeled with^(125)I by chloramin-T method.^(125)I-Epo (2μg, 1μg, 0.3μg) was administered by ip to mice respectively. The ra-dioactivity counts reached the highest level during 1~2h in the blood and mostorgans, then decreased to half of the highest value within 4~12h and only tracecould be detected after 72h. It was excreted mainly in the urine. No radioac-tivity accumulation has been found in any organs.
