摘要
采用ＣＯ２激光和Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光联合治疗有瘘型根尖病４２例，治愈率１００％。具有手术时间短、出血少，视野清晰、操作简便及愈合快等优点。
This paper reports the treatment of chronic periapex disease with fistula by CO2 laser combined He-Ne laser. The cure rate is 100%. The case, followed up for 8 months to 5 years, is good. The clinical indications, the improvment of the treat method and the therapy principle is discussed in this paper.
