摘要
测试了Eu:Fe:LiNbO3晶体的指数增益系数,位相共轭反射率和光折变温度效应,以Eu:Fe:LiNbO3晶体作相位共轭镜,实现了实时关联存储。
Eu:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal has been grown by Czochralski method from melt by doping Eu2O3 and Fe2O3 into LiNbO3. The exponential gain coefficients. phase conjugation reflectivities and the temperature dependence of the photorefraction were measured experimentally and discussed. Using Eu:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal as the phase conjugation mirror,the real-time holographic associative storage was obtained.
