摘要
由烯丙基格氏试剂与6-溴己醇(2)在铜盐存在下偶合,可得8-壬烯醇(3);然后在Ph_3P-Fe-EtOH催化下与四氯化碳加成,生成物经水解即得王浆酸(1);如以1, 6-二溴己烷(5)为原料,亦可用此法制备。该法具有原料易得、操作简单、条件温和、产率较高等优点。
Royaljelly acid(1) 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid, has been synthesizedby coupling reaction of allyl magnesium chloride with 6-bromo- hexanol(2) togive 8-nonenol(3), and subsequent addition reaction with carbon tetrachloridein the presence of Ph_3P-Fe-EtOH to give 10,10,10,8-tetrachlorodecanol(4)followedby hydrolysis with KOH/BuOH-H_2O. This process can be applied to 1,6-dibromo-hexane (5) as the starting material with slight modification.
