用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光宝石刀头进行胃肠肿瘤切除和淋巴结清扫手术，切割精确，组织损伤轻，出血少，操作方便。并指出了该法的适应症、优点及注意事项。

Altogether 6 patients with gastric tumor and 7 with colic tumor received gastrectomy or colectomy and lymphoscanvenging with SLT contract Nd: YAG laser in our hospital.We think that with this new method, we can do the operation with precise incision, slight damage to the tissue and less hemorrhage. The method is convenient and safe and is suitable for gastrocolic tumor excision. We emphasize the indication, advantage and warning of the operation here.
