摘要
报道紫外激光血管成形术动物实验，消融兔动脉粥样硬化病变３４例，成功率９１％。实验发现，影响成功率的主要因素是动脉穿孔，为避免穿孔需解决光纤与血管同轴。
Animal experiments of UV laser angioplasty is reported in the paper. 34 cases of rabbit's antheroselerotic pathological change are ablated, and the success is 91 percentage. We find that the perforation is the main cause that the success rate is affected,and to avoid the perforation,the coaxial problem of the fiber and the vessel must be resolved.
