摘要
1.06μm激光作用下硅解离的光声波被加宽而且存在一个驼峰,随激光能量增强驼峰延迟出现,并且驼峰出现时间可以大于激光脉宽、这一特征主要受解离硅的后续反应和无辐射驰豫过程控制。
The photoacoustic wave of silicon dissociation by 1.06μm laser widens and it has a camel's hump. With the increase of laser energy the camel's hump forms late and the forming time can be longer than the laser pulse width, This characteristic mainly depends on the post-reaction and the radiationless transition of dissociated silicon.
