Study on the Laser Spherical Welding Technology of the Medical Guide Pipe Made of the Stainless Steel

本文研究了不锈钢导管激光球焊的工艺，发现导管焊接球头球化率随激光功率的增加以及焊球时间的增加呈指数增加，其规律可用于控制球头形状，提高焊接质量。

The laser spherical welding technology of the medical guide pipe made of the stainless steel has been studied in this paper. That the increase in the spherical rate H/D of welding spherical of the guide pipe is index function with the increase in the laser power and welding time has been discovered. The law is used to controll the shape of the spherical and to improve its quality of the welding.
