摘要
共沉淀法制得的磁性粒子经聚醚磷酸酯表面活性剂处理并分散于基液聚醚中,得到了稳定的聚醚基磁性液体,透射电镜分析表明磁性粒子在基液中分散良好,其粒径大多在8~12nm.磁性液体RE-Ⅲ(4лM_s=0.0450T)被应用于X-射线衍射仪的旋转阳极密封中,仪器已使用了两年多,在3000r/min条件下,真空度可达到2.7×1O ̄(-5)Pa左右.
Several siable polyether-Oil-based ferrofluids were prepared by dispersing magnetic particles in polyether oil with a polyether-phosphate surfactant.The magnetic particle was made by co-precipitating the Fe ̄(2+),Fe ̄(3+),Fe ̄(3+) salt solutions with a base,Examined by TEM,the magnetite with an average diameter about 10nm was dispersed very well.A sample ferrofluid RE-III(4лM_s=0.0450T)had been used in the rotatory seal in an X-ray diffraction instrument,which has been working at 3000r/min and 2.7×10 ̄(-5) pa for more than two years.
