摘要
在圆筒或圆柱的剥层X射线应力测定中,可以用幂级数来分段近似剥离面的实测切向应力一层深函数和实测轴向应力一层深函数,从而计算剥层应力释放所产生的附加应力,求得原始的真实径向、切向和轴向应力沿半径方向的分布,文中给出计算应力校正量的公式。
In determination of the residual stress distribution in a hollow or a solid cylinder by X-raydiffraction after removal of material, it is imperative to calculate the additional stresses created by thestress relaxation. A method of evaluating the magnitudes of stress correction , in which power serieswill be used to approximate sectionally the measurd tangential and longitudinal stress curves withdepth, has been suppcoed and its evaluating formulas have been derived in the present paper.Whencalculating the magnitude of stress correction at a certain depth from the surface,we may calculate therespective additional stresees created by removals of the previous sections and the section.in which thedepth under consideration is included by usins corresponding formulas.It has been shown that.in gen-eral,we can get the satisfactory results of stress correction by dividing the measured stress curve into afew sections (e. g. 1~3 sections) and approximating them with power serics with a few terms(e. g.1~3 terms) .
