烧伤、创伤后维生素A、E、C代谢变化及补给适宜剂量的研究

THE METABOLI CHANGES OF VITAMIN A,E,C AND ADEQUATE SUPPLEMENTATION AFTER BURN AND TRAUMA

本文根据临床调研和动物实验研究结果，得出烧伤、创伤以后维生素Ａ、Ｅ和Ｃ补给的适宜剂量，应分别为４、１０和１２倍的ＲＤＡ，即成年患者分别为４５００μｇ、１００ｍｇ和６００ｍｇ。经６１例中度以上烧伤病人的验证，上述剂量不仅能从营养学上满足病人在超高代谢期的需要，而且能改善免疫功能，降低ＬＰＯ，有利于病人的康复。

linical studies in the burned and operated patients showed that tlieir serum VA,VE,VC were low and lipid peroxides(LPO)elevated.Through nutritional,biochemical and histological observations in animal experiinents,we discovered that the burned or operated animals given orally recom-mended dailv allowances(RDA)of VA,VE,and VC had lower serum and liver VA and VE,adrenal VC and higher seruni LPO than control group。 There were histological changes of thymus,spleeii,liver,adrenal gland,testis,and small intestine villi.Wound healing was delayed.When the do-sages of VA,VE,VC wcre incrcased to 4×,10 ×,and 12×RDA respec-tively,the serum and liver VA,Vh,and adrenal VC Ievels rose significantlyand the serum LPO returned to control level.The histological changes ofvisceral organs were similar to those of the uninjured animals and the wo-und healingwas promoted.With further increase of the doses,tlie preven,tive and healing effects of VA and VE were declined and the VC excretiollenhanced。We therefore proposed tliatthe daily dosages of VA,VE and VC sup,piementation in theburned or operated aduIt shoiild be 4500μg,100 mg,600xng respectively。It was shown that these dosages could meet the nutritionalrequirement of 61 burned cases.Their immune function was also improvedand the serum LPO Ievel was decreased.The above mentioned dosages ofthese vitamins might be suitable for burn and trauma。
