摘要
采用无血清培养的新生大鼠海马神经细胞,观察锌对脑细胞生长发育的作用。结果表明,锌能促进体外培养海马神经元的神经突起生长,突起数增多;神经元的活存数和神经元胞体的直径和面积增加。用流式细胞术分析证明,神经元总蛋白含量增高。本结果提示。

effect of zinc on the growth and development of hippocampal neu-rons was observed in the cell
culture of serum free medium.The results sh-owed that both the number of stirvival cells and
the outgrowth of neurites were increased by zinc in cultured hippocampal neurons.In the
presence of zinc,the diameter and volume of neurons as well as the content of pro-tein in the
cells were markedly increased in image analysis and FACS.It suggested that zinc might play a
promotive role in the growth and deve-lopment of hippocampal neuron.
