牛奶对绝经期后妇女锌吸收与锌潴留影响的研究

摘要 作者测定了绝经期后妇女(骨质疏松高发人群组)在摄入标准餐、添加牛奶(钙的重要饮食来源之一)或钙剂后肠道锌吸收及整体锌潴留。共检测15例。平均年龄69岁。标准餐中含锌16mg;牛奶(400ml,早晚分饮)或钙剂中各含钙468mg及磷360mg。经此三种膳食处理后,用双重同位素( ̄(65)Zn及 ̄(51)Cr)标记三种试验餐所测得的锌百分吸收率(%)分别为22±6(M±SE),23±6及22±3。相应的 ̄(65)Zn潴留(%)均为10±1,三组问无明显的统计学差异。研究结果提示。 ntestinal Zn absorption and whole-body retention in postmenopausalwomen following a meal extrinsincally labeled with 65Zn was measured.Fifteen subjects(mean age 69)were studied during three 12-day experimen-tal periods in which they were fed either a basal diet containing l6mg Znor the basal diet supplemented either with 400ml of milk or with dibasiccalcium phosphate supplements containing an equivalent amount of calcium(468mg) and phosphorus(360mg). Fractional zinc absorption measuredby a dual-isotope technique using 65Zn and 51Cr was 0.22± 0.06 0.23±0.06and 0.22 ±0.03(M±SE) respectively. The corresponding value for 65Znretention was 0.10 ±0.01%for all treatments. No statistically significantdifference was observed after the three different treatments.We concludedthat increased milk consumption with meals has no detrimental consequenceson zinc nutriture in postmenopausal women.
