摘要 本文介绍一种合成6-硝基苯骈咪唑的新方法,以硝酸钾和硫酸代替发烟硝酸作为苯骈咪唑的硝化剂,反应收率较高,反应产物分离和提纯较简便。用此法合成的产物应用于配制医用和工业射线片冲洗药液,可获得正常的防灰雾效果。 This paper recommends a new method for synthesizing 6-nitrobenzimidazole, using potassium nitrate and sulfuric acid instead of fuming nitric acid for nitrating benzimidazole, giving higher yield, and easy to manipulate during the product separation and purification. The product prepared with this method can perform normal anti-fogging effect during its use for preparing solutions aimed at processing medical and industrial radiographic films.
