摘要
本文介绍了一种采用化学酸、碱溶解和分解试样,然后采用中和滴定测定Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷粉末中氮含量的方法,其测定结果与美国LECO公司生产的PN314氮测定仪的分析结果一致。对于合金化后的Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷粘结相中固溶元素的定量测定,发现仅用盐酸并不能完全溶解粘结相中的固溶元素,在用盐酸加热溶解后再采用硫酸继续溶解至冒烟数分钟,则粘结相中的固溶元素可溶解完全,从而可保证分析结果的准确性。
This paper introduce a exandnating method of Nitrogen content in Ti(C,N) - based cermet powder. The method adapt acid and caustic soda to solve the sample, than neutralization titration. The measured result is in agreement with that of PN314 Nitrogen tester of LECO Company in American.For the guantitative examination of solid soIution elements in binder phase in Ti(C,N) - based cermet,it is founded that the solid solution elements in binder phase are not solution completely only use hydrochloric acid,after use hydrochloric acid solution once more use solphuric acid solution continuously,then the solid solution elements in binder phase are complete solution. so the accuracy of analysis result is assured.
